*The provision of ‘other’ technical requirements is limited to the assigned venue and available resources of the Conference and Festival organiser. The cost and procurement of resources beyond what is available will remain the responsibility of the performance producer.
Stage Design, Setup and Management: PLEASE TICK THE RELEVANT CATEGORY *
In and around Wits Theatre complex, University Corner Building, Jorrisen Street and Wits School of Arts garden court. You will also be provided with a 3 hour tech move in and a 3 hour tech rehearsal. Festival organisers will not be in the position to que your show for you or be your stage manager. Please provide your own stage manager. *Please not that there will not be any rehearsal time given outside of your 6 hour tech move in and tech rehearsal. *The provision of ‘other’ stage design, setup and management is limited to the assigned venue and available resources of the Conference and Festival organiser. The cost and procurement of resources beyond what is available will remain the responsibility of the performance producer
